Beauty Formulas Gentle to Skin Sensitive Cleansing Wipes

Beauty Formulas Gentle to Skin Sensitive Cleansing Wipes

Makeup removal wipes are an essential part of everyone’s vanity. Kara wipes, popular as they are sadly don’t work for me, since they irritate my skin. Johnson and Pigeon Baby wipes were the only ones I could use. So, when I came across these wipes meant for sensitive skin, I was overjoyed.

Price 220 INR for 30 wipes

Description
Removes all traces of oil, grease and makeup. Cleanses, tones and moisturizes for cool and fresh skin.

My experience with Beauty Formulas Gentle to Skin Wipes
These wipes come in a pack of 30. There is no fragrance as such, but a faint chemical smell which honestly doesn’t bother me. The texture of the wipes is soft and non abrasive or rough which makes it apt for sensitive skin. The makeup removing ability is really good. To demonstrate, here on my hand I have applied –
(L-R) Bourjois Paris Concealer Stick, Maybelline Fit Me Foundation, Lakme CC Cream, Lakme Eyeconic Eyes Kajal, Be a Bombshell Eyeshadow Crayon, Sugar It’s a Pout Time Vivid Lipstick.

With one swipe of the wipe (Oh wow its rhymes! 😀 )

After wiping a couple of times more –

Overall, I love it. It removes all my makeup with ease without irritating my skin. It doesn’t dry out my skin either. The only exception is it doesn’t work on waterproof mascara, for which I need to use makeup remover.  Also, One thing I don’t like about it is the opening flap loses it’s stickiness within 10 uses and then I have to use sticky tapes to secure it. Else it stays open and dries out the wipes. Secondly, for the same reason I cannot keep it in my handbag without securing the flap with tape.

Earlier, this was available only on Amazon, but off late, I have seen it on Nykaa and Health and Glow outlets as well.

To sum it up,
Pros
– Suitable for sensitive skin as claimed
– Good makeup removing ability
– No fragrance
– Subtly moisturizing

Cons
– Packaging needs to be better. With 30 wipes to use, the flap should have been more robustly secured.

Do I recommend?
Would definitely recommend for those with sensitive skin.
