August 2017 Roundup!

After a long time I signed up for Yoga classes again. The first class was this morning an I am already loving how I feel. When I practice Yoga at home by myself, I am not too regular with it, sometimes my sessions last an hour, sometimes as less as 15 minutes and many a times none at all. So, signing up for classes was a good move I think. This year has been pretty good for me so far in terms of trying out different things for fitness. I learnt swimming in April-May and now Yoga.

Anyways, coming to the post, here is a quick round up of the posts from August!
